Ingredients
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled (leave the tail on if you want)
1 T kosher salt
1 cocktail sauce
1 lemon (sliced for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Add the salt to a large pot of boiling water.
- Add in the shrimp and stir.
- Cook for 4 minutes until shrimp are opaque and pinkish in color.
- Shock in ice water to stop the cooking. Drain and refrigerate.
- Serve cold with the cocktail sauce and lemon slices.
